01 — Website build
A site built for how people search
The first month of site management is included, so nothing goes stale while you are still getting used to having it.
What is in it
- A page for every service, written properly — not a list with prices
- A page for every town you want work from, researched individually
- Published pricing, or an honest explanation of why it is per-job
- Your real reviews on the page, linked to where they came from
- Gallery of your actual work, plates and identifying details redacted
- Structured data so Google can read your hours, services and location
- Privacy policy and terms, which most local sites do not have
- Browser-tab icon and link-preview card, so a texted link looks like something
- Security headers, self-hosted fonts, no third-party trackers
- Full audit before launch — every page, both screen sizes
02 — Site management
Someone whose job it is to keep it right
A site is only true on the day it launches. Prices move, hours move, people leave. This is the difference between a site that works and a site that used to.
What is in it
- Weekly updates — prices, hours, staff, services, wording
- New photos added and set up properly when you send them
- New pages as you add services or move into new towns
- Direct access by text or email, not a ticket system or a support queue
- Hosting, domain renewal and certificate handled
- Uptime and speed watched, not assumed
- Quarterly re-audit against the full checklist
- Backups, and a way back if something breaks
03 — Google Business Profile
For most local businesses, this matters more than the website
When someone searches "barber near me", the map pack answers before any website does. That panel is your Business Profile, and most are half-filled and abandoned.
What is in it
- Name, address, phone, hours, categories and attributes kept exact
- One post a week, published as you
- Your full service list written out properly
- Review replies drafted for your approval
- Questions & Answers seeded and maintained
- Consistent details across the directories that matter
- Monthly report: ranking, calls, direction requests, views
We will never write a review, buy one, or ask anyone for a specific rating. That is against Google's rules and it gets profiles suspended — the whole profile, not just the review.
Together
Site management and Business Profile
The two work on each other. The profile sends people to the site; the site gives the profile something worth linking to. Running one without the other leaves most of the value on the table.
How we price a build
Per unit, not per package. A foundation covers the core pages; service pages, town pages and extra locations are counted on top. That means a one-chair barbershop is not quoted like a four-location contractor, and you can see exactly what you are paying for.
The founding-client rate is limited and it is genuinely below what the work costs to deliver — it buys a case study, and we say so rather than pretending it is a sale.
